Den 5 maj firas den internationella barnmorskedagen över hela världen. I år är temat ”Midwives: for a better tomorrow”. Den internationella barnmorskeorganisationen ICM uppmanar alla barnmorskor och barnmorskeorganisationer att fira och uppmärksamma dagen.
